Smart Classes

Interactive white boards and projectors are used for classroom teaching and involve students to learn with technology. It helps in better comprehension of the concepts. This upgraded integration provides an advanced teaching atmosphere by connecting students to the global information and better visual explanations.

Library

The institute maintains a well stocked library. There are a good number of books on Nursing, Medicine, Surgery, and Social sciences in sufficient number in accordance of student ratio.. A large number of latest and updated national and international journals, magazines, text books, reference books, dictionaries, pamphlets etc. are also available.

Computer Lab

The College has a well equipped computer lab for the students and faculty. Every effort is being made to utilize the available facilities and develop computer awareness in each and every student. Computer learning has been recognized an essential and useful tool of modern learning. The IT lab is air-conditioned and equipped with a fire fighting system. The IT lab is equipped with the latest hardware and software as per the curriculum with the high speed internet facility which can be helpful for them during research and preparation of presentations, etc.

AV Aids Lab

A.V. aids are multi-sensory materials which motivate and stimulate the individual for dynamic learning experience and more concrete realistic approach. Our nursing college provides a learning atmosphere for the students so that they can acquaint themselves with advanced applications and skills.

Skill Lab

Comprehensive Skill Lab with skill stations is designed with the aim of acquisition and upgradation of the skills. A Skills Lab will comprise of skill stations where the trainees learn through practicing skills on mannequins, simulation exercises, demonstration videos, and presentations. The basic objective is the reorientation of the personnel during in-service training and continuing education. The skills lab will be utilized to train and orient the students pursuing B.Sc(N), GNM, ANM and Midwifery courses.

Nutrition Lab

We have well equipped lab To acquire the knowledge of nutrition for the maintenance of optimum health at different stages of life & its application for the practice of nutrition.

Community Health Nursing Lab

Community Health Nursing lab mainly focus on developing clinical skills which enables the students to involve in community participation for sake of their health benefits . In our college, CHN lab is properly equipped and well furnished with healthy learning environment . The lab consists of all equipment to provide basic care in term of primary health care like community bag, urine testing articles, slides preparation for malaria parasite etc. This spacious lab is arranged in such a manner that the students all the community related nursing programs can be practice the procedure and gain the experience as well. Effective A.V. Aid like models, charts are displayed in lab to ensure the enhancement of pupil’s knowledge on community the health status of Individuals and groups.

Pre-Clinical Lab

We have a preclinical lab with all the equipments such as adult human articulation skeletons, adult skull, pelvic, heart with large blood vessel, full set of dis-articulated adult human skeleton, specimen and different charts of all the system. The lab is well furnished in such a way that the students are able to acquire their knowledge through their different demonstration and also we have microscope, so that students able to see the culture of different microorganism.

Advance Nursing Lab

Advanced Nursing Practice Lab established in the College of Nursing to stimulate minds and encourage Research and Training. The lab has large number of standardized manikins as well as simulated units for training Undergraduates and Diploma students. The lab is the closest, students will get work on real patients.

Nursing Foundation Lab

In the College of Nursing, we have a very high functional advanced fundamental lab and it’s organised as per INC norms. This lab is fulfil with lots of advanced functional articles and equipment like gastric lavage gavage functional model, CPR functional model, ET insertion, NG feeding IV set, IM set functional model, tractotomy functional model as well as it contains high functional semi electric beds occupancy. These all functional models are useful for the students. By using these types of equipment students can be able to improve their skills and they will become competent and will be able to handle patients confidently.
